1. Pick-up and drop-off times are subject to change or cancellation in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

2. A fee of £19 per person (per change) will be charged for any revision or alteration (including change of name) made to a booking after it has been confirmed, unless the change increases the value of the booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds Policy: 

More than 18 days from tour date: 85% refund
3 to 18 days from tour date: 50% refund
Less than 3 days from tour date: 0% refund

All refunds include the £12 administration charge

4. Smoking is not permitted but stops are made during tours.

5. A1 London Tours Limited cannot be held responsible for property left on coaches and other vehicles. Every effort will be made to return lost property. 

6. A1 London Tours Limited reserves the right to alter or cancel tour arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 

7. Prices do not include (unless stated) lunches and gratuities to guides and drivers. 

8. Some tours may involve third parties who have seperate terms and conditions. 

9. Advance payment is required for all tour purchases. 

10. Personal insurance is not included. It is strongly recommended that comprehensive travel insurance is purchased prior to the tour date. 

11. Any disabilities that require special attention must be reported when making a booking. A1 London Tours will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travellers but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so.
